The White Card, developed for our clients, a world famous cruise line,  aims to differentiate  the experience its members  enjoy on and off  the cruise,  through enhancements of a global service experience delivery platform. This platform, by making the overall  Cruise  more attractive, also provides a more personalized level of  service, that greatly enhances these members’ experiences and creates  new revenue opportunities for the cruise line through a product structure which is wider in scope.
