Each office houses regional management, experience centre service delivery teams, and technological infrastructure. We have the ability to closely monitor and manage customer experience standards on a global basis and the highest potential for local servicing wherever required.

We have in addition a virtual network of independent partners who function  as fulfillment members. The virtual network of members has the potential to be used as a virtual experience center, and to select best-in-class experience experts in many markets around the world.
