Our luxury residence management division, provides bespoke property and lifestyle management services to India's super-prime homes and prestigious residential developments.

The company has created a niche to service the ultra-luxury requirements of both developers and residents. Club Concierge has a contracted portfolio of over INR 200 Crores across 140 developments and is involved with some of India's most prestigious developments. Clients include Tata Housing, Godrej, Panchsil, Ireo, Lodha Group, Kolte Patel, Kanakia, and many more.

HOW WE DO

Club Concierge works with builders from designing unique tenant retention programmes, to delivering an indispensable service, available only through them. The program designed for each builder focuses on enhancing the on-property experience while positively impacting owner/tenants’ lives, even when not on-property. The overlying mission is to ensure that the property is associated with positive life experiences.
