Terms of Use

 

Effective Date: 1st April 2025

 

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the Xiaomi Platinum Partner Privilege Program ("Program") designed and delivered by Club Concierge Services (India) Private Limited ("Service Provider") on behalf of Xiaomi Technology India Private Limited ("Xiaomi"). By participating in the Program, you ("Partner") agree to abide by these Terms.

 

  1. ELIGIBILITY & ENROLMENT

    1. Only retail partners nominated and approved by Xiaomi are eligible to participate in the Program.

    2. Tier allocation (Luxe, Prime, Signature) is based on Xiaomi's internal performance and engagement criteria.

    3. Enrolment in the Program is subject to Xiaomi's discretion and may be revoked at any time.

  1. PROGRAM TENURE & BENEFIT VALIDITY

    1. The Program is valid for a fixed term from April 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

    2. Benefits are to be redeemed within the Program period and do not carry over beyond the end date unless otherwise communicated in writing.

    3. Benefits are subject to quarterly performance qualification as determined by Xiaomi. Partners will be notified of their qualification status periodically.

 

  1. BENEFITS & REDEMPTIONS

 

The Program includes the following categories of benefits, subject to the Partner's tier:

  1. Family Dinners

  2. Day Outs (multiple formats)

  3. Couple Getaway

  4. Family Vacation (Luxe and Prime only)

  5. Gifting (Festive, Birthday, Anniversary, etc.)

  6. Immersive Family Activity

  7. Special Moments

  8. Concierge® Services (24/7 access to a Lifestyle Manager)

 

All benefits are curated experiences and are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed.

 

Redemption of any benefit must be requested via the Concierge® platform or the assigned Lifestyle Manager.

 

The Concierge® team reserves the right to offer an equivalent voucher or alternative experience in case a specific benefit is unavailable.

 

For benefits involving third-party vendors, Club Concierge is responsible for coordination and delivery but not for any deficiency directly caused by the vendor. Reasonable care will be exercised in partner selection.

 

  1. WELCOME & ONBOARDING

    1. A personalized welcome kit will be dispatched upon confirmation of enrolment and receipt of required profile details.

    2. Lifestyle Managers will reach out via a welcome call to confirm personal details and explain the Program structure.

 

  1. SERVICE REQUEST LIMITS

    1. Each Partner is entitled annual benefits based on their program tier. Requests exceeding this threshold will require special permissions to be approved by Xiaomi.

 

  1. CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

    1. Bookings once confirmed are non-cancellable unless otherwise specified.

    2. Repeat no-shows may lead to forfeiture of the associated benefit.

 

  1. PRIVACY & DATA USE

    1. All personal information shared by Partners is handled as per applicable data protection laws.

    2. By participating, Partners consent to sharing necessary data with Club Concierge and Xiaomi for service fulfilment.

    3. Club Concierge maintains strict confidentiality standards and operates under a signed NDA with Xiaomi.

 

  1. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION

    1. Xiaomi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Program at any time with prior notice.

    2. In case of premature termination, benefits already redeemed will not be affected.

 

  1. CUSTOMER SUPPORT & ESCALATIONS

    1. Partners may reach out to their Lifestyle Manager via WhatsApp, email, or the dedicated helpline for any service or support.

    2. Complaints shall be addressed within 48 hours. In case of delays, appropriate updates shall be shared.

 

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    1. All content, branding, and service structure shared under this Program is proprietary to Club Concierge and Xiaomi.

    2. Reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.

 

  1. DISCLAIMER

    1. Club Concierge and Xiaomi reserve the right to deny service in cases of misuse, misconduct, or fraudulent claims.

    2. Participation in the Program implies acceptance of these Terms.
