Objective

The objective was twofold:

2. Tiered Experience Access

Depending on the client’s portfolio value or tenure, the bank—through Club Concierge—assigned tiered access to experiences:

  • Platinum Tier: Two all-expenses-paid opulent escapes per year.

  • Black Tier: Unlimited access to curated experiences with personal concierge-led planning.

  • Invitation-Only “Signature” Tier: Privileged access to private events, including art auctions, winery takeovers, and destination dinners by Michelin chefs.

3. Dedicated Relationship Concierge

Beyond a relationship manager, each eligible client was assigned a dedicated lifestyle concierge, available via app, WhatsApp, or call 24/7 to manage:

  • Travel Planning: Destination ideation, visa & documentation support, and concierge bookings.
